Bdigital Media Services LLC ("Bdigital Media," "we," "us") is a videography and photography business operated by Bob Ulrich. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit bdigitalmedia.io or purchase video clips through our site.
2. Information We Collect
When you purchase a clip
- Email address — provided at checkout to identify your purchase and enable re-downloads
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details
- Purchase metadata — which clips you bought, transaction IDs, and timestamps (stored by Stripe)
When you browse the site
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are collected by Cloudflare as part of hosting and are not used for tracking or advertising
- No cookies for tracking — we do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers
- Local storage — used only for client-side UI preferences (e.g., the Christmas gift tracker). This data never leaves your device
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not require account creation
- We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses
- We do not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Order fulfillment — to process your purchase and deliver download links
- Purchase lookup — to let you re-download clips by entering your email on the My Purchases page
- Customer support — to help resolve issues with purchases or downloads
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling. We will never send you unsolicited emails.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the site:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe stores your email, payment method, and transaction records under their own privacy policy
- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and media storage. Cloudflare processes standard web traffic data under their own privacy policy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.
5. Children's Privacy
Our video clips feature minors participating in youth sports. We take the following measures:
- We do not collect any personal information directly from children
- Purchases must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult
- Preview clips are watermarked and reduced resolution; full-quality clips require purchase
- If a parent or guardian requests removal of their child's likeness from the site, we will comply within a reasonable timeframe. Contact us at the email below
6. Data Retention
- Purchase records — retained by Stripe for as long as required for financial and legal compliance
- Video clips — stored on our servers until removed at our discretion
- Server logs — retained by Cloudflare per their standard retention policies
We do not maintain a separate customer database. Your email exists only within Stripe's records.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Request your data — ask us what information we have associated with your email
- Request deletion — ask us to delete your purchase history (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Request content removal — if your child appears in clips and you want them removed from the gallery

- Video files stored in private cloud storage with time-limited access links
